PROGRAM NOTES:
This week, we celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with 2 traditions- first, Arlo Guthrie's "Alices Restaurant" and The Band's "The Last Waltz."  The latter was recorded 40 years ago on this date, and released in album and movie form in 1978.  Tonight we aired selections as the were originally played that night, with no overdubs.  The concert film and soundtrack were highly edited and retouched after the fact.

Also, this week marks the 25th anniversery of the passing of Queen's lead vocalist, Freddie Mercury. In the second half of the show, I played some of my favorite Queen songs.
